Welcome to the 2008 Bikefit Sunflower Squad

If you can dream it, you can do it! Channel your energy into something positive and make 2008 your year. Embrace a healthier, fitter lifestyle. Challenge your character. Build confidence and skill in the company of women of all ages on Niagara’s trails and roads.

Being part of Niagara’s largest womens cycling team will offer you the chance to develop as a cyclist no matter what your aspirations are - recreational or competitive - beginner or expert.

We provide coached rides for all levels, guided rides with trained ride leaders and programs that keep getting better year after year. Dedicated coaches, managers, ride leaders, and our executive, are committed to providing a great experience for all our Sunflowers and Seeds. They have been working hard planning and preparing for another season with some exciting new changes in store, including new team jerseys, additional rides, new locations and a race team.

Get to know your fellow Sunflowers, an energetic, fun group of women and consider joining them in one of our volunteer opportunities – ride leaders, Sunflower Seeds, executive, fundraising or year end banquet.
