Meeting Locations for 2008

ALL ROAD RIDES WILL MEET AT WALMART AT FOURTH AVENUE ON
SATURDAYS AND SUNDAYS AT 9:00 A.M. IN THE PARKING LOT.

Please arrive 15 minutes early for set up .
The Saturday rides will be Booster/Groove focused with regrouping and working on increasing the distances to build your cardiovascular system. Sunday rides will be Sizzler focused with less regrouping and at a faster pace.

Club Roma, 125 Vansickle Road, St. Catharines 6:00 pm. Please arrive 15 minutes early for set up.

We may use the Club Roma parking facility during the month of May 2008.
All riders are requested to park their vehicles in the last line of parking stalls
adjacent to the large trees on south side. Washrooms are not available.
